Ireland work permits

France work permits

Like many other countries, France has opened its doors to accepting refugees coming from Ukraine while also granting them temporary residence permits in the European Union, which allow them to access schools and work in the country.

United Kingdom work permits

The UK stands shoulder to shoulder with Ukraine, and the Ukraine Family Scheme, Homes for Ukraine scheme and Ukraine Extension Scheme are all open for applications to provide individuals with a pathway to come to, or remain in, the UK.

Germany work permits

SWITZERLAND work permits

Starting from 11th of June 2017, Ukrainian citizen are exempted from the visa requirement when travelling to the Schengen area for a short stay of mot more than 90 days within a 180 day period.

Czech Republic work permits

Romania work permits

On 4 March 2022, the Council of the European Union adopted a unanimous decision¹ establishing the existence of a mass influx of displaced persons from Ukraine and activated the provisions of Council Directive 2001/55/EC of 20 July 2001² (“Temporary Protection Directive”) to grant temporary support for Ukrainian citizens escaping the current military aggression (and for other individuals affected by it).
